Women in CEA (WiCEA) is a women-led community dedicated to connecting and empowering women across the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry. Through online and in-person networking, educational events, and shared experiences, we create meaningful opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow together.

Women are natural collaborators, and WiCEA aims to provide a supportive space where professional development, mentorship, and community connection thrive—helping women advance within the industry and inspiring those looking to enter it.
