WiCEA Mentorship Program
The CEA industry is growing, and collaboration between those who have been in the industry for years and those who are newer is more important than ever. Our mentorship program aims to respond to that need by creating meaningful connections that foster learning, growth, and community.

Empowering Women & Underrepresented Voices Through Targeted Mentorship

WiCEA is a non-profit organization of 300+ members dedicated to supporting women and underrepresented groups in our industry. As part of our mentorship program, we invite both women and men to sign up as mentors.

"Mentors report learning as much as mentees in programs I have organized or participated in," says Eva Helén, CEO EQ Inspiration. Mentorship is a two-way street that enriches everyone involved.

It is a flexible, short term commitment, where experienced women and male allies will be matched up with mentees seeking help on a specific project, challenge, or skill. No long-term commitment is required.

Many of the women in our network are well suited to be both mentors and mentees! Consider signing up for both.
Why Join?

As a mentor you will sharpen your leadership, listening -, and coaching skills while building meaningful connections across the industry.
As mentees you will get tailored support, and the opportunity to build confidence, expand your network, and accelerate your career path. (LINK to RECORDING)
Both sides gain insight, learn from each other, and strengthen our entire CEA community.
